THERAPEUTIC CARE WORKER - Croham Hurst Place
Croham Place is a 22 bedded service that cares for and supports young adults with physical disabilities. The team, lead by a Service Manager, incorporates trained nurses, a physiotherapist and other anciallary staff.
As a member of our dedicated team you will deliver a high quality service of care to our service users. You will assist in the delivery of support and care for people who have a disability and/or terminal illness in order to enable them to live as independently as possible whilst maintaining a valued and healthy lifestyle.
An enhanced CRB check will be carried out on all appointed candidates.
The hours are 40 hours per week to be worked on a rota basis.
