Our clinical programme focuses on risk reduction, daily living skills, relapse prevention and acquiring coping strategies for independent living.
Patients can step down from our low secure unit to locked rehabilitation and community-based housing, whilst being supported by the same multi-disciplinary team. This minimises the risk of re-admission to secure setting, managing possible relapse and incidents effectively.
Move On Guarantee – Each patient admitted into a secure setting in Glen Care will be moved on to a placement with lower security and lower cost within 18 months. If the patient does not move to lower security, Glen Care will reduce the fee to the next step-down price.
