Raymond Crescent

Raymond Crescent offers a Supporting Living model, whereby tenants will receive packages to support tailored to their individual assessed needs in order to reduce risks, both within the service and wider community, promote independence, and engage in education and employment to achieve positive social inclusion.

Raymond Crescent is designed as a service with an emphasis on developing pathway plans to enable individuals to move through the service over the course of 18-24 months, encouraging further transition into independent community living.

• Comprehensive assessment before taking up a tenancy
• Goal orientated support planning and risk assessment based on identified need, action required and realistic timescales for achievement
• Positive approach to the development of independent living skills and maintenance of those skills over time
• Clear person centered planning to transition towards independent community living
• Supported employment opportunities will be promoted where possible

The Property

Raymond Crescent is a 5 bed property located in the heart of Guildford.

Ground Floor

On the Ground floor of the property there is a good sized communal lounge, with downstairs toilet, which leads through to a large newly refurbished kitchen. Off the back of the kitchen which leads through to a large newly refurbished kitchen. Off the back of the kitchen there are 2 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a back door leading onto the large communal garden.

First Floor

Upstairs in the property there are a further 3 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, a communal bathroom and additional bedroom that is used as a sleep in room for staff.
