The Princes Trust

The Prince's Trust was founded in 1976 by The Prince of Wales.
Having completed his duty in the Royal Navy, His Royal Highness became dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged young people in the UK, and began The Trust to deliver on that commitment.

The Trust has become the UK's leading youth charity, offering a range of opportunities including training, personal development, business start up support, mentoring and advice. Through practical support including training, mentoring and financial assistance, we help 14-30 year olds realise their potential and transform their lives. We focus our efforts on those who've struggled at school, been in care, been in trouble with the law, or are long-term unemployed.

UNICEF

UNICEF UK is one of 37 National Committees based in industrialised countries. We raise funds for UNICEF's worldwide emergency and development work and advocate for lasting change for the world's children.

UNICEF is the world's leading organisation working specifically for children, working with local communities and governments in 156 countries, areas and territories, to provide emergency relief and run long-term development programmes in areas such as health, education and child protection.

All of UNICEF's programmes are entirely dependent on voluntary contributions. UNICEF UK raises funds for these programmes through donations, the sale of cards and gifts, partnerships with companies and special events. UNICEF also work within the UK to raise awareness of issues affecting children around the world and lobby government to support children's rights.
